Common Questions
How does the free mockup service work?
Send us a photo of your wall and let us know which print you’re interested in — or just describe your space if you haven’t decided yet. We’ll put together a professional placement mockup showing how the print could look at scale in your room, and send it back to you within a few days. No cost, no obligation.
How long does it take to receive a mockup?
Usually within 2–3 business days. If you have a specific deadline in mind, mention it in your request and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Do I need to have chosen a print before requesting a mockup?
No. If you’re still deciding, tell us about your space — the room, the wall, the light, the mood you’re after — and we can suggest which prints might work best before creating the mockup.
What photo should I send?
A straight-on shot of the wall works best. Natural light is ideal, but not essential. A phone photo is perfectly fine — you don’t need anything professional. If the wall has furniture or objects near it, leave them in the frame; they help with scale.
What is a Zoom consultation?
A 30-minute video call with Roshan to talk through your space together — scale, substrate, placement, and which image is right for where you are. It’s a chance to think it through properly rather than guess. Sessions are complimentary and available by appointment.
Can I request a mockup for a corporate or office space?
Yes. “In Your Space” covers any space — home, office, or otherwise. If you’re furnishing a larger environment or considering multiple prints, mention that in your request or book a consultation.
