Shipping Policy

Production & Fulfilment

All prints are made to order and produced at our print studio in Toronto, Canada. Production times vary by substrate:

  • Fine Art Photo Rag prints: approximately 1 week
  • Acrylic Face-Mount and ChromaLuxe HD Metal prints: approximately 2 weeks

A tracking number is provided when the order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Canada

Shipping is free on all orders within Canada. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from the ship date.

United States

Shipping is free on all orders to the continental United States. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from the ship date.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and military postal addresses, shipping costs are not calculated at checkout — once your order is received, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the shipping cost for your destination. Your card will not be charged until you have confirmed the final total.

International
Orders

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are not calculated at checkout — once your order is received, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the shipping cost for your destination. Your card will not be charged until you have confirmed the final total.

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, VAT, and any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable to your customs authority or carrier upon delivery. Fine art photographic prints (HS code 4911.91) attract zero or very low import duty in most countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All orders are carefully packaged to the standards required for large-format fine art prints. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you directly to find an appropriate resolution.

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
